We strive to have all in-stock items shipped as quickly as possible. Certain products are made to order and will ship within 3-5 business days. Carrier tracking information will be provided once shipped. Transit times vary depending on product and location. Once shipped you should expect your order to arrive in 2-7 business days.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All of our items ship from within the United States. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Please contact contact@hacknorhomo.shop for any additional assistance. Customers are responsible for import taxes, carrier fees, and customs declarations. Please allow 10-14 additional business days for delivery.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCT

Damages to the merchandise while in transit, or defects in manufacturing are rare, but occasionally do happen. Should your piece arrive with a defect or damage we will do our very best to have a replacement shipped out to you as soon as possible.

Our design team at HACKNER HOME has curated our raw materials to make these products because we love them, but we understand that you may need to make a return.
